Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
 

By booking a room at Chalet Papa Basili, you ("Guest") agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and Chalet Papa Basili ("Hotel").

2. Reservations and Payment

• Booking: Reservations can be made via our website, email, or phone.
   

• Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.
   

• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Georgian Lari (GEL) and US Dollars.
   

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a charge of one night's stay.
   

• Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations or refunds, after booking, otherwise incur a charge of 50% of the total amount from your stay if you cancel your stay.
   

• No-Show: Failure to check-in without prior notice results in a charge of one night's stay.
   

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: From 15:00.
   

• Check-Out: By 12:00.
   

• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Conduct: Guests must behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff.
   

• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
   

• Compliance: Guests must comply with all local laws and hotel policies.
   

6. Liability

The Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except as required by Georgian law.

7. Force Majeure

The Hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.

9. Amendments

The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
